Check in was easy, just have to push luggage up a gentle slope of about 250m / 270 yards. Important note: Room is perfect for 1 single person under 6 ft height, do not put 2 people into any Japanese double bed, it's only comfortable and spacious enough for 1 single person. Beds are on the firmer side which I found comfortable, and elevator in the building is much appreciated. Do not bring more than a single check in luggage as there's no space for it in the room. The room size is just nice, and on the smaller side so don't expect to lounge in it. I stayed here to be close to the airport and it was great for 1 night. Complimentary japanese breakfast was fantastic - it's not a western style meal of bread, toast and oats, but instead japanese soups, rice, toppings like fish and hard boiled eggs. I loved the airy nature and self serve buffet style at simple tables and chairs, nothing fancy but great food.

Very convenient location if you’d like to start your Japan trip easy and not travel towards all the bustles in Tokyo yet. It’s very short walking distance to the station (take the escalator and elevator down to south exit). There’s a famous temple 20min pleasant walk from the hotel. I loved the breakfast. It’s not that many choices for western options but I loved the Asian offer and had a great first night and first breakfast in Tokyo. The room is small as expected. I stay in a double room by myself with one suitcase and found it quite ok.

All staffs I met are so friendly and gave me the professional services. And the complimentary traditional Japanese breakfast was very delicious! Though the furnitures(?) in the room looks old, but they're clean, comfortable and almost including what I need. The area near the hotel is kinda quiet but is pretty close to Keisei Narita Station, have restaurants and convenient store around there. As a solo traveller, in my opinion it's a good hotel to choose when you need to stay close to Narita Airport.

It was just what I needed after a long flight - somewhere to get a good night's sleep before exploring the rest of Japan. Narita is a good place to stay. The main street with many choices of place to eat is not far from the hotel, and at the end of that street, there is an interesting temple complex. It's just the right size of place for a jetlagged first day. Yes, the rooms at the hotel are small, but quite big enough, and you would pay more if larger

We stayed for only a single night, due to a late inbound flight. Unexpectedly comfortable room that had everything needed for a short stay, extremely kind and helpful staff fluent in English. Do not miss out on breakfast - it was oustanding, with both Japanese and Western dishes. We decided to explore the city of Narita on the checkout day and the hotel kept out luggage for us free of charge. Top service. Definitely recommendable.
